Your Own Website Address
Included when you sign up is a website address, or more commonly known as a domain name, that your customers will use to get to your website:

We can help you find the domain name that matches your unique needs.
Or, if you already have a domain name purchased from another provider, keep it there and configure it to point to our servers. Don't worry, if changing the settings for your domain sounds intimidating, we'll guide you every step of the way.
Reliable & Secure Web Hosting
Your website needs a server to live in so that when customers go to your website address they'll see your website. That's where a web host comes in. We'll host and maintain your website on our server. You won't need to do any heavy lifting or be a technical guru.

Shopify is the leading ecommerce platform that lets you manage products, checkout, orders, shipping, and so much more, all in one place. We recommend signing up with their Shopify Starter plan:

Once you've setup your Shopify account, we'll work with you to automatically sync your products from Shopify to Level Up Ideas.
By integrating your Shopify account with Level Up Ideas, customers will be able to view your web store's products, and add products to their shopping cart. When customers are ready to checkout, their payment will be processed securely through Shopify.

- After the perfect domain has been chosen, we'll launch your new website with the proper template, settings, and security based on the information you provided.
- We'll continue to work with you to add the desired content and images on each page of the website. Additionally, if you decided on adding a web store to your website, we'll work on syncing your products from Shopify to your website. If you want to add any advanced or custom features that go beyond what your website template has to offer, a separate invoice will need to be paid. You can discuss advanced and custom features through customer support.
- Lastly, your website will be up and running with all of the requested updates. At this point it's time to start driving traffic to your website. Tell all your friends, family, and followers.
As your website's traffic and popularity starts to grow, we'll be taking care of your website behind the scenes. Website updates, maintenance, and security will be left in our very capable hands.
Any changes you want made to your website must be done by a Level Up Ideas customer support representative. This includes changes such as:
- Updating content or images on a page
- Adding a new page
- Removing a page
- Adding additional code or features to the website
In most cases, requests to make changes to your website come included with your subscription free of charge. Only advanced code and requests will cost additional fees. A customer support representative will let you know ahead of time if a request will come at a cost.
Customer service is of upmost importance to Level Up Ideas. Customer requests are answered in the order they are received and require a minimum 24-hour turnaround time. Our customer service representatives will keep you informed throughout the whole process. Depending on the length of the request, Level Up Ideas will dedicate the time needed to get it right the first time and provide the best possible service.
A domain is included with a website services subscription. But, it won't be a problem for you to keep your domain with another provider. You can keep it there and just change the domain name settings (DNS) to point to the Level Up Ideas nameservers.
This process can get really technical, but we'll guide you every step of the way to get your domain pointing to the right servers so you're website with Level Up Ideas is running properly.
Keep in mind that domains purchased under a Level Up Ideas website services subscription must point to our servers. Also, only 1 domain can be associated with a website services subscription.
Depending on the provider, transferring a website to Level Up Ideas can be a complicated process.
Each case is reviewed on an individual basis to determine the actual cost of transferring your website.
We can review your website ahead of time, before you sign up, to give you a breakdown of the cost that may be involved.
